only i really dont think pizza is bad, just cant eat it all the time or too much. pretty much the same with anything.
Well off to work out again. Got three ten minute walks in today and now I am gonna hit my elliptical for at least 30 mins and weights. The weight is looking good. I peed so much today cause of WATER. I am sure the girls at work think I am pregant....Oh well extra breaks. I hope it all pays off.
its pretty hard to motivate myself to go workout and sweat, after being in a 102 deg. building all day working. but i guess i love it!!! ha ha
I know what you mean........the air at work has kinda sucked and having to wear two layers of clothes to work is too hot. If I could lose weight sweating than it would have happened. Still holding my weight loss but all this water drinking hasn't bugged it. Double workouts for another 12 days I am hoping will bug it somemore..........10 lbs gone. I hope.:deadhorse:
i diddnt reach my goal of losing weight, but what the hek not everyone can be barbie!! it would be nice though!! just trying to firm up. that should be a good thing right??
LOL I have no intentions of trying to look like a Barbie, I just would like a waist line of some sort...LOL
Ok, I confess.....I've done absolutely terrible with the water challenge! I know how healthy it is and preach it to patients all day long but can't seem to make it happen myself! I'm very close to goal...within 5 pounds, which makes me happy; but have decided to accept a new job offer, which will mean a switch to night shift. Hoping it doesn't throw things off too much and that I'm able to get into a new workout routine without a problem!
