I am trying to lose 30 lbs before nov. I am using HCG. Done it before and lost 30 lbs in 30 days. This time have a goal. bikini? Well a girl can dream. I was 220 in Jan now 185 just starting new diet. It does work kind of pricey but well worth it
ugh.. i've been BAD. sounds like most of you are doing great, though. now going to vegas in august.. so i HAVE to get my butt in gear! why do i always wait for the last minute to try to get in shape, when i know very well that its not an instant thing.... way to go to everyone on the no smoking thing. i think that's awesome!
Hello stranger... yeah thats something I know I do, I always wait untill the last minute.. although I have been at this for a while this time and while I have gained weight back I blame it on the not smoking and my surgery.. I really think that if the surgery hadnt happend I could have kept off the weight this time .. normally at this weight I am back smoking .. so i might be a bit heavier but i am not smoking ..
ok, this week's goal for me is to drink 64oz of water each day... did so-so yesterday, and much closer to it today. still not up to 64 though. i am so tired of running to the bathroom every 5 minutes! but tomorrow, i HAVE to get to 64. i hate water right now...
i drink alot of water. yes it gets so boring!! so use lemons to flavor it or some unsweetened drink stuff. and mix it really week, then its better. i like unsweetened ice tea too. i keep trying not to think of it as a diet. more im not going to eat just to eat. crossing my fingers to lose the 10 i need to lose.
sorry for the 1 pound monique! but really it probly is just water. dont stress so much. sometimes i think women lose sight of what life is all about. if we were all sup[ose to be super models, then we wouldnt all be diff. yea i just keep telling myself that. hopefully it will sink in!!
Since Nov 2009 I am down 65 lbs - I am currently 221 lbs and still hoping to get to 205-210. Total lifestlye change, (I do have cheat days) I started by eating only on salad plates, (portion control baby) and hitting the Y no less than 5 days a week at 5:30 am - lots of sweaty cardio and light wieghts. Its a tough journey but I am starting to see the results Can't wait for Cabo 7-14 Oct
