Jail would still be humane. It would be the other criminals punishing them. Although I doubt women prisioners are quite as harsh as males on child abuse.
it's hard to say it but I still think you need to keep them safe in jail........... BUT... if they ever get out they have to wear a tracking bracelet and people in the area should be alerted that there's a sex offender living in their area.
