Paloma was just starting (or possibly training) when we were there in late Nov/early Jan. She looked like she was working hard and taking it all in. We had a hard time placing her accent because they said she was from London, but didn't sound like a Londoner.
So who are the main staff running the activities. Last Feb it was was Sara, Brenda and Manuel that did most of the work.
Main staff (as of last weekend) were Sarah69, Amy, Nathan (Australian Guy) and Paloma. Since your last visit Brenda left, and Amy came back Manuel and Jose often do bits here and there, but their main job is watersports hire / instruction.
