Oh yes you are SO!! right late 40's early 50's is just the beginning!!! The past couple years have had so many positive changes...
So much happier these days, successful healthy happy children.
-Finding that very special person and falling in Love, true Love
-quit smoking over 2 years now
- loosing weight and feeling great
and a few more things to complete the list in the next couple years...

and booked our 2nd trip to TTR wahoo Jun 1-7

I'll add a little mushiness to this thread.....
I'm grateful, thankful and so very happy to have spent the last 30 years with a great man to whom I love very much. We recently watched our one and only daughter leave the nest and successfully purchase her own home. Being empty nesters has brought a new found love, admiration and friendship to our marriage and love. I'm turning 50 next month and am told by my doctor that I'm in better physical shape than I was 10 years ago. I'm 60 pounds lighter too.
We found TTR 4 years ago and its the place we like to go every year to revamp our love, playfulness and Temptations within us.
Just a few short weeks till we arrive. Looking forward to seeing every one soon.

 

being positive and kind makes the world a better place

Notice how much better you all feel after making a simple post of how positive somethings that are so simple can be? Lets keep it rolling people.

A friend of my wife and mine, since middle school, had been admitted into ICU for kidney and liver shutting down at the age of 35 last week . With his family and friends by his side I am happy that through all the positive people around him he is starting to make improvements today and his kidneys are coming back.

Secondly, How much of a bad ass son of a bitch do you have to be too dedicate your time and efforts to merely help someone in need. Thank you Lenni & Jodie for your time and efforts & dedication, Steve & Jannet for allowing us the ability to help so readily. ALL of you that are out there that have or will be helping in ANY way to help Chinos out. He has done SOOOO much for us in making our vacations that much more special, and thanks to you all it looks like that is off to a wonderful start. Thanks again to everyone for turning over the kindness leaf and starting to put some color back in the world!

Okay my turn for some cheery mushy happiness.

I want to thank so many people for their amazing memory of some of my silly post, it was very funny walking around Temptations and complete strangers walking up to me and saying "Hey your Lenni, I love your post" or "Hey your that guy". During our stay at Temptation from Feb 12 to Feb 28 I met over 100 people and we even started a Week 8 Crew facebook page for everyone to keep in touch. Btw its a private page so don't try looking for it, invite only for Week 8 Members. Yes we can add you to the list but only after youcome and party harder than you have ever partied in your life.

With that being said, I am not normally a emotional guy, I have been through thick and thin in life like most have and have never met a group of wonderful people anywhere else than the people I have met on this website and at Temptations. You guys are like a extended family, even the ones whom I have never met, or only met briefly while I was tossing a shot of tequila down your throats when you least expected it, sometimes it was a good shot, sometimes a bad one. But please remember I dont make them. Its funny when people ask me how long I have been working at Temptations as part of the entertainment crew lol. I dont work there, I only volunteer my services while on vacation hoping to bring everyone together and one huge vacation family.

I want to thank everyone who has donated money to Chinos, and I know not everyone can afford to and that is fine too. I have seen the link on facebook get 68 shares so far that now I can't even keep count on where and who is doing it, my notification icon on facebook has 50+ almost ever hour to the point where it actually drained my cell battery today from all the facebook dings.

And last but not least, its hard to admit, but the donations, the shares, the likes, and the comments have brought a few small tears to my eyes today with all the activity that has been going on. Huge hugs to everyone and a speedy & successful recovery to our good friend Chinos.

Thank you Steve & Jannet for letting me crash at your place for 10 days and keeping Steve out all hours of the night partying and then doing the cruises the following days. And for keeping cancuncare up and running all these years, you have the best product in all of Mexico.
