i'd say if the guys with the $$ camera's who are only seen just walking around taking pictures and not taking part in any of the activities should be spoken too and if not a guest or act up should be escorted away from the active pool and delete any pictures they have taken.

We always take a lot of pictures, but we make sure there is nobody in them that doesn't want to be. This July, however, we were told by security to stop taking pictures at Patty'Os. This was on a normal night, not an event, and we were only taking pictures of our group (we had a bunch of people posing together, these weren't creeper shots). I told him that I was taking pictures of my wife and her friends, to which he replied "No Picture!" That was the only incident we had like that, though.
Lots of people took pic Halloween, never any issues at Patio,s,, During events/games at the pool were the only time we saw enforcement They even have their own photographer going around taking pics of the guests . The rules say AVOID,, not NO ,,until they change that rule, if your going to loose your job if you appear in a picture toppless , then mayby you should keep your top on unfortunately. Maybe its time to change the rule to NO CAMERAS ??? Maybe no cameras after Lunch ?? Get your pics in the morning?? These are suggestions to think of , Maybe a pole is in order . Personally I,m on the fence, just reading the rules of the resort.
It says on the rules ... "Avoid taking photos and videos in public areas" Best thing I would say would be use your head , momento photos of each other are fine , ask someone else to photo you both and if you really want a wide shot with others in the background then ask if its ok .
What a string! Well, I guess my wife and I are guilty of taking photos of our vacation, even by the pool. We aren't that couple grabbing everyone else's topless shots and posting online but we do make a album of our trip, for us. No harm in that. My wife has a high level job and if her pics made public it could hurt but but it's the risk we take. People do like pics on their vacations of themselves, friends groups. Hell, I look back at some now getting excited about our next trip! Yeah, been a couple years for us. Now one time there was a weirdo in jeans and a heavy shirt with a huge camera strapped around his neck walking around the sexy pool. He stuck out like a sore thumb. That is the oddball to worry about. Let's just have fun! It's Mexico (Awesome) and we're all adults. Life is short, enjoy!
No sweat, I totally understood your original post. A lot of knee jerk responses out there, not too much thinking sometimes.
I never take or extremely rarely take my phone out when on vacation. I dont want to talk to anyone but my Temptations friends while there. If your taking pictures of me and my friends, and I don't know who you are, yup i may call you on it, just like I did last year. I think Ryan threw a guys phone in the pool You have been warned.
