CancunRoberto - My friend Antonietta runs the salon in the Royal Sands. She offers local haircuts for around $150 mn and she does a very good job. Excellent English and you of course don't need to be a member of the Royal Resorts to enter. Phone the Sands and ask for the salon, and just make sure the operator has connected you to the salon at the Sands (sometimes you get another resort). Be sure to ask for Antonietta and if you would like you can tell her that Joyce referred you. Best to phone after 3pm any afternoon but Sun-Mon.
