    Ok I stopped by for lunch today :D

    I'm hoping that they are part of the chain that John mentions - with Stella on the drinks list and fish and chips on the menu I'll be there several times a week for sure.

    I'll see if I can find out more information as to whether they are or not. I suspect not as I think the owner is purchasing the place outright rather than going through a franchise.

    We'll have to educate this bloke Steve as to what an English pub really means for us that live here. ie curry and baked beans

    If this place doesn't pan out to be what you guys are looking for, consider the situation as a oppourtunity for YOU GUYS to set up shop!

    There clearly is a market for an English Pub that serves up the standard fare that you like! Lots of red tape tho...that's why I have moved my focus down to Belize.

    I'm close to a deal there.....
