I'm hoping that they are part of the chain that John mentions - with Stella on the drinks list and fish and chips on the menu I'll be there several times a week for sure. I'll see if I can find out more information as to whether they are or not. I suspect not as I think the owner is purchasing the place outright rather than going through a franchise.

If this place doesn't pan out to be what you guys are looking for, consider the situation as a oppourtunity for YOU GUYS to set up shop! There clearly is a market for an English Pub that serves up the standard fare that you like! Lots of red tape tho...that's why I have moved my focus down to Belize. I'm close to a deal there.....
