very cool. I'm a HUGE MMA fan. I'm a trained boxer/kickboxer myself....and really give it up to those that do MMA. I tried a bit of BJJ..but I'm a distance fighter...don't like being that close for the ground game stuff. but it's pretty sick to put someone in an armbar and rear naked! :wink: I used to date an MMA trainer/coach - so was exposed to a lot of stuff. That's the only sad part of being in Cancun next week. I'm going to miss the Rampage/Jardine fight on Saturday. Unless anyone knows any sports bars that might show it???
I can tell you what's going to happen....Page is going to knock Jardine out within the first minute and a half LOL and they may show it at hooters?
ahhhh I only root for GSP when he fights Penn hahaha dont like him too much, especially after the greasing incident...but he still dominated How can you like MMA and not like Anderson, the best in the business Urijah is also one of my favorites, Machida bored me up until his last fight when he actually finished haha
I DO like Anderson - you must have missed reading that...esp. his little samba dance at the end of his fights! :wink: bah - BJ is a suck - he needs to stick to lightweight division where he can really dominate. I'd like to see him match up with Florian now.
oh no, I read it right, I was just reiterating that if you're an MMA fan you HAVE TO like him hahah I like KenFlo, and actually trained with him a few sessions at Boston BJJ, but I dont think he can handle someone the likes of BJ Penn
