I think Scott could explain it better - but I believe everyone gets a number - then the first person picks. #2 then picks - if they don't like their gift they can take #1's gift, then #3 picks and if they don't like theirs they can take #2 or #1's gift - so on and so forth.

At the end #1 gets to choose from all the gifts. It's a lot of fun watching a present go from one set of hands to another.

 

we call that game the white elephant- dunno why? Umm I think if the lingerie thing were to work It would all have to be edible undies haha :lol: really though what if you ended up with something that didn't fit?

toy swap was great - just "toying" around with some other ideas - i do like the yankee/white elephant thing though combined with a toy swap - that would be a blast
