That’s not him unless there are two Edgar’s. I looked back at my trip report, Edgar was supposed to be our Butler. He did nothing for us, and left without ever getting us a room. Never contacted us the entire time. Basically was not good at his job.
OK makes sense. Love Alfredo. He filled in for our butler the opening few days in August as he said our butler had too much to do. We never did know if he was another butler or a bell boy but was great. Took us on a hour plus tour of the resort that morning.
Edgar was our butler in Sept and Nov. We were speaking with him just after he was fired, or his contract was not renewed as management puts it. He had missed about 10days or so of work before that with a stomach virus that hospitalized him. We actually waited for him to come back so we could have him as our butler. We were so very disappointed that when we found him to say we were leaving he responded so am I. He was almost in tears, it was very upsetting as he did a great job for us and was always asking us to give him more to do for us.
