I believe that is just a regular store, as someone else mentioned there is no sin tax in Mexico. Probably cheaper at gas stations
For 1 carton at the airport its $25, not sure how much at the gas station but probably not that cheap
There is. "duty free" store between customs and the baggage carousel. I always get a bottle of crown on the way to the resort. Looks like a fully stocked one.
Maybe there is more then one arrival area ? Cause yes there is a duty free there , not sure why the regulars haven't seen or noticed it.
there 3 terminals the one we usually go through on charters or west jet from edmonton dose'nt have duty free on the way in.
Go with Glenn/Monique's idea and take the bus trip to Walmart. Way cheaper, and the ride there and back is a "Fun Trip"!! We always do it as soon as we get there to keep booze in our room.
When I first get to any resort. First thing we want to do is hit the pool and swim up bar , not going on a bus into town. Maybe that's just us. Lol. Hitting the duty free if there is one is a better idea. I'm sure glen and Monique would agree as well.
