I know quite a few of the longer term security at TTR, I would be very surprised if this were true. And if it was discovered they would be fired instantly. They know that.
While going for a walk with the Mrs on the beach we discovered where the drugs are dropped. We were offered fresh mango's, pineapple, blow and weed from one of the beach walkers. Then about 20 steps down we saw a guy pulling drugs out from under a couple tour huts and packaging it! Offended... not at all! We know better to look the other way if not interested.
I highly doubt they drop weed and coke on the water in cancun...why???????? with that said....anyone want to smoke?
I was surprised when I saw it but just thought I had seen it wrong until the next day when other people were talking about it also. It was Thursday night 4/7/15.
So this happened a year ago an only heard saw it once now your upset and all of a sudden its a drug store?

No Big Deal One adult selling pot, coke to another adult. Big deal. Security wages are probably real low. If he is trying to make a few extra bucks on the side to feed his family and take care of them then let it be. Please turn a blind eye and not call him out. I am sure his family will fall in hardship if he is fired.
Every resort I've been to in Mexico and Jamaica have had sercurity gaurds or bartenders that can get you whatever you want. We personally don't partake in these things but we have friends who will from time to time. I don't see it as a big deal really. It really has no affect on my vacation.
