Helen have a wonderful time, you will get hooked, you can't go to Cancun just once, it is paradise on earth. What hotel are you staying in?
Hotel We are staying at the RIU Cancun. I did a bunch of research on the net before we booked and the RC seemed to have the best reviews. Originally we wanted to stay out near Playa Del Carmen but then thought, Nah - this is our first trip to this side of Mexico and we didn't want to end up feeling isolated. We are by no means the spring break age, however, we like to keep on the go while we're on vacation. We have been to Puerto Vallarta four times (last time was two months ago) and absolutely love it there as there is lots to do. We felt it was time to check out Cancun! Ahhhhh! This time next week our flight will be over half way there! Can't wait to get away from the snow. It's been snowing here in Calgary for 8 days straight! Cheers, Helen
