Always call your drink. IE don't ask for a rum and coke, instead ask for a Bacardi and coke. They also have Appelton Rum which is a staple if you have ever been to Jamaica. If he likes fruity concoctions ask the bartenders for a chocolate monkey (it has banana and kaluha in it and is to die for if ya like those flavors). Also order Wet Pussy shots, Sweet Pussy shots and China White shots (cinnamon in this one). All are great and can be drank all day long without getting too blitzkrieged. Just be sure you eat at least 3 meals a day and stay hydrated. Drink water every morning at breakfast and every night with dinner. (I would drink a 1.5 liter bottle every morning before going to breakfast.) Hydration is the key to not getting hungover/sick. The water is safe there.

Stolichnaya - Russian vodka. Comes in many flavors (I really like Raspberry). You can buy it in pretty much any liquor store in Alberta
They can also make a regular lemonade and add vodka to it...and they will make it as sweet or sour as you want....
Bartenders are great, I am a Scotch drinker but rather a bigot, must be Scottish single malt at least 15 years old, the stuff they had was terrible. Stayed with Margaritas most of the time and switched up with beer, Wife stayed with fozen fruity stuff, but tryed anything the bartenders would cook up.
