omg... I can only imagine the headache/hangover that must give.. Especially after being in the sun all day.

It's the same as if you were coming back from the states. 1 40 ouncer per person.

 

They used to have a little board by the sexy pool with a number of drinks separated out by what type of alcohol was in them..... unfortunately when we were there in June the bartenders told us that they lost the board.

What I suggest is to do one of two things:
1. Tell the bartender to surprise you.
2. Ask the bartender to make an extra of whatever he just made the person in front/next to you and then ask what the name is.
Both ways get you a chance to try some more exotic drinks that the bartenders know.

You can. The amounts are on your tourist card you get on the plane (bring a pen for the plane to fill it out). I am pretty sure for Canada it is 1.5L of wine; 1.14L of hard liquor like tequila; or 24 cans of beer (although I'm not sure where you would store 24 cans of beer).
