Doesn't water just dilute the alcohol in your system?

We always get extra bottles of water for the room and try and drink lots after partying. Not that it always works out that way. Oh and juice at breakfast. Heard the green juice is the way to go but I always have a couple of glasses of pineapple juice and it does the trick. That and bacon because bacon is the superhero of food :)

My only tip for drinks would be to try new drinks early in the day as by mid to late afternoon everything tastes the same, good but the same :D

Not sure what it was called but had a shot with tequila, sprite, and grenadine.. But watch out! It's an easy drink so you pound them back!

I definitely need something I could drink all day. Last time started with beer then after the first two days I almost gagged at the thought of another beer and tried to find something I could drink all day. I was not successful.....by night time I was not wanting to drink at all. This time I was thinking Mojitos since they do have soda water in it unless they have a premade mix......?????......Ugh I have to have a game plan this time!!!! lol

When we go on vacation I go the flavored vodka/water route to stay hydrated. Its definately key to drink alot of water.

If you end up overdoing it be sure to drink some pedialyte before you go to bed. Its what they give little kids who become dehydrated from being sick (diarrhea). Its like drinking a ton of gatorade before you sleep and will keep you hydrated while you sleep off the booze. Without all the fancy mumbo jumbo a hangover is basically dehydration. Only time will remove booze from your system but that hungover head pounding you get is the dehydration.

Ive been a bartender for 20+ years and those are two things I recommend that will help a ton if your planning on overdoing it.

From the quiet pool bar, try tequila, sprite and lime. Ask for good tequila. You'll get it. I found the drinks to be more consistent there. Drunk monkey is good but my limit was one. Too filling.

Get some baileys in your coffee at breakfast too. That is a nice way to greet the day.
