Hey I know this question can cause a fuss sometimes, but do I need to ask. Is it still long pants in July for dinner? Even tho it’s in the 90s? Thanx for any answers.

Yes, while every night of every trips we have been there are always guys with shorts on and t-shirts or tank tops...the dress code does list long pants. I have nice jeans I wear just for dinner, then back to room to change for Bash. If say at Sea Flirt you will be comfortable as inside dining it's usually chilly, but we always enjoy dinner there!

I was told my nice shorts were unacceptable the first night at sutra and had to change. That was the only time this past week. All other nights, restaurants, they allowed "dress shorts"

Any recent updates to this? Has anyone say from May through July 2024 been requested to change into long pants from dress shorts at dinner? I'll have my long pants regardless, but curious how strictly this is being enforced.

The women spend hours planning and getting ready in uncomfortable clothes and guys just don't want our legs to be hot while we eat

We were there June, and same as it always is from what I've seen. In all our trips we never went to She (prob only one that enforcement is pretty consistent).

We just got back from our trip, July 7-13. I wore A nice pair of shorts with a polo shirt every night for dinner. I saw a lot of other guys in shorts as well. The staff never said anything. The only place we didn’t eat dinner at was She.

The only thing I saw from the staff as far as dress code was at Flame. A young guy, early 20’s, along with his buddy tried to get a table but he was wearing a cut-off T-shirt with basketball shorts. They turned him away pretty quick. He got a bit of an attitude but the staff didn’t budge.

On our last visit a guy was declined entry to the grill as he had smart tailored shorts..... no problem, he simply went back to the room, changed into his long pyjama's and went back to dinner... totally acceptable ... you couldn't make it up !!!!

Wear nice pants. Don't look like Peggy Hill at dinner.
