Here's a thought - looking for comments: Based upon what I've read the dress code seems to be enforced for men as far as long pants in the restaurants. I'm assuming that applies to lunch too, so I have to go change for lunch? From the Temptations website: The above 4 restaurants are air-conditioned. Dress code: no shorts, no t-shirts, no jeans and no sandals So if the dress code is enforced for the restaurants, why does it seem that the dress code is NOT enforced for the PJs and lingerie Casino night? Again, from the website: Thursday “Pj’s & lingerie Casino” (Dress code: Pj’s & lingerie) Play just for fun at the casino wearing the sexiest lingerie and favorite pajama! Isn't a "DRESS CODE", a dress code and shouldn't they all be enforced if one is to be enforced? This would certainly get rid of the people who don't choose to participate and are being a little voyeuristic (I realize that this doesn't necessarily apply to everyone who isn't "dressed"). Just curious as to what everyone else thinks. Interested in reading all replies. How would someone go about letting the resort know what we all think about this? Steve
As newcomers, we do agree that if the dress code for casino night is Pj’s & lingerie, that's what should be enforced. There's lots of PJ's and lingerie out there that isn't revealing (for the ones not totally comfortable). I know that it took me a while to warm up to the idea of going to Temptations in the first place.........now I have to deal with the ones wanting in on the fun, but not dressing the part?!!! Great! LOL
Re: Dress codes - enforced or not? Enforce all or enforce n I believe the "dress code in which you are refering too is in effect only for the al a carte resturants and not for the buffet or the lunch grill. Or at least no one seemed to mind that durring breakfast or lunch people would wear shorts and sometimes swimwear while getting a bite to eat. But you know, I say wear what ever your comfortable in with exception to casino nite when everyone should take part in the "dress code"
Re: Dress codes - enforced or not? Enforce all or enforce n That's what I meant - in my opinion if you want to participate in Casino nite, you should HAVE to dress! Just my two cents.
The "dress code" is ONLY for dinner in the specialty restaurants. As far as the PJ/Casino night, the last time we were there, May '08 (when Chinos, Omar and Lalo were still there) if you were not in PJ's/lingerie, you had the option of going topless or not playing.
If there are people taking pics or just perving on the Casino night we will simply leave, get dressed and go to a club. Won't let the perves spoil our fun.
As stated before the dress code is for the a la carte restaurants for dinner. They are not for breakfast or lunch. Casino night is not at dinner time it is after dinner at the bar where all the evening special entertainment takes place. Everyone has dinner then changes into lingerie for Casino Night. Totally agree with everyone that people not in PJ's should not be allowed in to Casino night to perv or take pictures. Really think cameras do not belong at this venue as it interferes with the fun!
CASINO NITE THEME ALL HOLIDAY PERIOD We should do the teddy thing every nite... except for NYE of course then its red and white PJs
