We're supposed to be going to a family member's wedding in the Bahamas next June at some luxurious 5 star resort. We're upset that the trip to the Bahamas will probably be the only caribbean vacation we take in 2013 because we'd much rather have gone to Temptation (and for the price, we could have gone twice to Temptation for what we're going to the 5 star resort in the Bahamas :banghead:.
I've been thinking about this since this post started and wondered Why are we all addicted. What is it about this place that has us all returning year after year and some of us a few times a year. I guess my number 1 reason, I don't know of another place where you meet the best people in the world, can party like a Rock Star, misbehave and without any repercussions and best of all not be judged. And of course best of all Steve has created this site so we can keep in touch with other addicts.
The first time I read Cancuncare I couldn't understand why people kept coming back to the same resort over and over and over. Now that I have made my trip to TTR, I understand why they go back... I wasn't home for 24 hours and I was already looking at dates for 2013. DAMN DAMN DAMN... For the price you pay, you cant beat the service. Everyone was so friendly, the people from London and Scottland were off the chain. We went on Labor day weekend and we plan on going back 2013 labor day weekend as well...
What they said:icon_surprised: You know you are hooked when you compare every $ spent on fun and entertainment to the great value vs. the most fun you could possibly have at TTR.
We just got back from our first trip and will be back without a doubt. That was easily the best week of my life. Everyone we met was amazing and it was sad to leave our new friends behind. I've always been really shy & selfconcious, but after a just a few hours there I felt totally comfortable being me. I left there feeling like a totally new person and can't imagine finding that anywhere else... Now we're hoping to be able to work April & Labor Day 2013 into our plans.
we are already recruiting friends to join us in 2013, we cant wait to show them how boring the resort and boob cruise can be.
My husband and I are also hooked. We went september 2nd-9th but didn't book TTR. We went on the Boobs Cruise and ended up back at TTR the next day. We bought a day pass ($140 for both). Had such a great time we then paid for a room that night ($150). So did I plan on spending an extra $300, no but it was money well spent and we will definitely be back. Hopefully in April!
This was our first time at TTR (Sept. 6-10) and we are definitely addicted. The people that we met were the best part of our trip. It was fun meeting people on this sight before we went and then trying to figure out who was who when we got there. Met people from all over the world and everyone partied together the whole time like we had all been friends forever. Nobody ever got mad or had a cross word. Our most AWESOME trip ever. Will be back next year!!!
