Maybe I am missing something. From looking at overhead shots, it appears the creek "Arroyo Mulata" runs parallel to the beach for a quite a ways and the distance between the creek and beach would appear insufficient for a resort.
Can someone find the photo of the DR resort model for they had in the Members office? I've seen it on here a few times but can't locate it.

Thanks for the picture. That path of the creek looks very different from what its current route appears to be, which suggest they plan to redirect the creek.
Two years away best case scenario. A lot of infrastructure has to go into a place that remote. Looks nice though.
I took a few pics in the premier lobby when visiting last april. I was always confused by the water running in front of the beach properties. Is this a lagoon in front of the beach front buildings or is it meant to be the ocean? Oops. it isn't letting me upload them. guess they need to be approved first. once they are approved for my album i will add them to the thread. while we are waiting i will just attach an unrelated sexy fun picture and we can just assume she is pointing in the direction of the new resort in the DR ha...
