Very, very sad indeed! Thanx Ana 4 bringing this to English speaking folks' attention. Thousands of years - forget it b/c this planet is on course towards such massive environmental destruction, that *healing* environmental catastrophies like these cannot - logically - occur. In Pto. Morelos we r seeing mega resorts starting to be built on and around the mangrove which is the lifeblood of our reef. When r the authorities gonna listen & learn - when it's too late!!??
