Does anyone watch their calories at TTR?

    OMG I totally forgot about those DAMN yummy scrumptious cheeseburgers at 3 am, argghhhh...and same here...I will eat less at dinner so by 3 am I HAVE to eat something or i will feel very sick, so instead of just having 3 bites of someones, I eat the whole thing and fries too...and yup you are right, still feel sick in the morning...ughhhh....I should bring some crackers with me to eat at 3 am instead...(which just sounds so much more appetizing i know haha)

    I try but I dont exercise enough, I'm lazy, if I go to the gym twice a week thats a lot for me...and my metabolism is super slow....I have to cut back to like 900 cals/day in order to lose 2 lbs a week.

    I watched the calories......go straight to my gut...lol.

    It's funny, I think actually a lot of our weight gain down there is swelling, water retention. Maybe the humidity that we aren't used to, coming from the prairies. And the high sodium content in everything.

    I also wonder if, when you order rum and diet coke, whether it really is diet coke.

    There is always a Temptation to overeat at a buffet. I'm torn between "Screw it...I'm on vacation" and "Damn, what the hell is this sitting on my belt buckle"...lol.

    Yeah I dont make good decisions or have will power when I get drunk...however I havent been to TTR in 2 years and I have changed my eating habits since then...I never eat more than 2 bites of something when I get home from partying now, no matter how drunk I am...so not likely i will do it on vacation now....

    My BF is fit and active and can eat whatever he wants whenever he wants (like burgers in the middle of the night and 3 desserts with dinner) and not gain weight...blah!!

    You mean you split cheeseburgers at 2 or 3am...haha...though you didnt have to twist my arm too hard lol

    I plan on gaining 4-5lbs while there.. a lot of which is the booze and late night munchies. I tend to be good at breakfast and lunch, stay away from desserts, but damn it.. I am there to party and drink. I get up and play beach volleyball in the morning.. and often again in the afternoon (helps burn off a bit of the booze from the night before), but I'm not gonna sweat it.. I'll take the extra back off when I get home..lol

    Last year when I went in Aug. I gained 4lbs.. got home, stayed in the same mind set for awhile and added another 5. Well TTR is now 6 weeks away.. and I'm back to my weight from last years trip, and hope to take off another 10 to give me some extra drinking room.

    Chris (assuming this is Chris and not Andrea), I got the idea for this thread after texting with Andrea a little bit ago lol...had to do with a bikini discussion...made me start panicking....oh and Tony plays volleyball too, he's going to love that they have 2 games a day, woohoo! Can't wait to introduce him to nekkid tequila VB (the only VB i play!)
