You can contact them directly through their website. http://www.hotelesoasis.com/contacto.php Sometimes a basic search will provide one with answers quicker than a post will.... That being said, as you will notice at their website, they have an 800 number for guests depending on where you are calling from and they use a call center to field the calls. You might avoid mis communication issues by using the 800 number. But, even better, I would call as well as email via the site. As an aside, I would suggest printing out all of the "contact us" information and putting it with your tickets/passports,etc. so that you will have it just in case you need it once you've left home.....especially now that airlines are going under and informing customers at the last minute. You can program the phone numbers into your cell phone as well to make it even easier to dial em up. Hope this helps a bit with your plans. Michelle p.s. If you travel often for work and/or pleasure, pre-programing your phone with all the airline, car rental and hotel numbers prior to leaving is a REAL time saver should you run into problems. That way you can avoid the massive lines to talk to a live agent that most people are forced to get into.....
