AT&T has pretty decent service through their partner carriers. As suggested by others make sure you have an international plan for that week or make sure you turn off data roaming on your phone and only turn it on when you need it. Charges can get "quite exciting" if your phone is constantly roaming and sending data like email and text without an international plan.
