HA! I don't only tell them exactly where I'm going, I try to sell them on it. I have told complete strangers while waiting in line somewhere about TTR. As stated above, I have no filter. On the plus side, that means I pretty much have no secrets. I put it all out there!! My co-workers, friends, family and random passers by know where I'm going on August 30th. I am just too excited to keep it secret.
Close friends and some family know where we're headed. I recruited my brother and his wife for our August trip. My wife and I debated on it initially, mostly because we didn't want to put anyone in an uncomfortable situation, but we just feel that the atmosphere/people at TTR are so cool, that unless you have a serious issue with toplessness, there's fun for everyone and we wanted to share that.
My husband told his co workers last year and now they think we are swingers lmao!! Probably doesn't help the situation that we are going back again this year and my husband likes to feed into it and told them we are bringing my best friend rofl. But, from my experience if you talk to people that have been down to cancun they will try to get it out of you which hotel you are going to lol found out last year my eye doctor went to TTR lol
You are all pussys, lol. we Tell the truth we Don't care what prudes think. We Tell them Temptation resort is an adult only topless optional resort that is party central and definitely not like the other boring resorts. We love it there. We are very active community volunteers, There is one of our kids teachers that Cant look at us the same anymore lmao but its all good. Everyone sees that we have a strong relationship and have tons of fun in our free time.
We originally didn't tell people where we are going but now we don't care anymore. We've even posted pics on Facebook of the resort ("safe" pics obviously). We figure its our own lives and don't really care a whole lot about what other people think any more.
Our first time down in 2010, we tried to hide it from friends/family that asked and used RUI as our destination. Then my 28 year old niece asked. She's the daughter of my VERY Southern Baptist sister. However, she's not a practicing Southern Baptist, i.e., been a bartender for years, enjoys her alcoholic beverage, and goes to Cancun herself with her husband a lot. I figured, what the hell, if there's anyone in my family I can be honest with, it's her. I was right. She even admitted considering TTR herself. Ever since, I've said screw it (no pun intended). Going on our 5th trip in October, and now when I wear a ball cap, it's my Temptation cap. We just tell folks it's topless optional like a lot of places in Cancun, and it's basically Spring Break for adults. Most, if not all, of our friends couldn't care less, and if they do, screw'em (again, no pun intended).
