I tell the truth to people I know well enough to tell. Otherwise I've been to the Riu so I have enough ammo to talk about Cancun as a whole.
Cool so I am not alone!!! I told everyone Cancun, not TTR, but grand oasis. No pics of resort so they can't get idea. But I tell my guy friends truth, to make them feel jealous lol
Tell our friends the truth, and then gave details of the trip. Cousin is wanting to come along with us next year, but really sure his wife will put a stop to it. While most friends say they wouldn't come here, all of them listened attentively to all the stories.
I was under the (false) impression that we were being discrete so, when asked where we were staying I'd say "Oh I don't know, Shauna books our trips...I think it's the Grand Royal something or other..." Then when people asked Shauna she'd say "It's called Temptation, it's a topless party resort full of swingers and party animals"... then she'd pull out a few Boobs Cruise pictures of her and five other naked women licking whipped cream off of yet another naked woman. Guess the secret's out.
We always tell.Temptation is what ever you want it to be . It can be wild or it can be layed back it's up to you .
We tell everyone (coworkers, parents, friends) where we are going. Some people are interested in the stories, some are prudes and then there's the ones that look at us like we are crazy and ask if we are swingers. Lol... We like to see the looks on their faces. All we say is we are not swingers, and there's nothing wrong with people who are into that lifestyle. We tell everyone that we have met some awesome people (swingers, drinkers, party people and just people looking to have a good time) at Temptation and can't wait to get back.
My husband never remembers the name of the resorts we have stayed at. When asked about his first trip to TTR, he would tell people he stayed at a party place on the beach with very nice 'views ' to look at.
