I do not make the dress code, the resort does, just saying that they do it for a reason, why not follow them?
I would love to wear shorts and tshirt to dinner, but until the majority votes and the resort changes the dress code, be respectful!
Let's just agree to disagree and I apologize in advance for any short wearing dudes ruining your dinner experience.
Well this is turning into a silly argument. From now on I am only going to wear a dress kilt or a fine toga to supper lol
I agree silly. I do not have a issue with nice shorts, whish they would add that to dress code. Drunks comming in from pool in there swim suit was more of my issue. I do however wish some rules and common sense should be followed.
This I totally agree with and I would never wear board shorts even to dinner at the buffet. Plus the missus simply would refuse to be seen with me if I even tried it, not that I would. I work at a university, I've seen today's generation, common sense is a dying commodity I'm afraid.
Our group of 3 cpls went to the Asian restaurant in shorts, decent shirts, and sandals. The door man had no issue with it, and neither did any of the other guests. I feel that as long as you're cleaned up, then it shouldn't matter.
