At Riveria Maya the times are here Desire Resort & Spa Riviera Maya Cancun - Dining Breakfast I wear swimsuit bottoms and a cover-up to breakfast, then head to the pool. That is if we make it up before 11:00 a.m. You can select from the large buffet, and/or have a made to order omelet. Lunch Slip your cover-up on and grab lunch from 11:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Plenty of choices again buffet style, plus they make fresh flank steak, chicken, etc. One day there was a huge paella being made. As things cool off at the pool, head to the hot tub for some happy hour fun. Take a nap... shower and change for dinner. Dinner 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Ladies wear sexy dresses... I often wear a corset with a mesh skirt, but it can still be hot out depending on what time you eat. So light and comfy is nice. Guys, bring some lightweight trousers, and a short sleeve button down. After dinner, there is time to socialize and drink around the bar, where the first of the shows start. There is time to change into something less prior to the partying... After the show at the patio bar, then you can move up to the disco. After the disco, it's back to the hot tub.
