I can not say enough good things about Keto, I am down 65lbs since end of January. it takes a lot of meal prep to get used to in the beginning but so worth it. I did gain weight while at TTR because of the booze, wooohoo but it came off pretty quickly when I got home. I had a lot of knee issues and mild arthritis and both are so much better. I try to walk 3x a week or do light gym activities. I got a keto beginner book for about 15.00 online
I have heard a lot about the keto thing. at this beginning stage im not going to get into all the pre cooking meals, and stuff. going to stop sugar, refined carbs, and eating to just eat. then after I get that under control will look into keto. have friends who swear by it.
