I have great intentions of hitting the gym a couple times, but I am sure I will also be recovering from the night before and the Desire will quickly wane.
I'm toning up more than loosing weight with a lot of hard work ( physical job) and Ice Skating for 2.5 hrs a week. Even when we go on a two week cruise I only put on a couple of pounds from alcohol, which you then loose when you get home. Don't really eat deserts and try to be lo carb.
