Chichen Itza was very cool to see, but the moment we stepped in the park it started raining. It came down so hard it felt like we were taking a shower for 30 minutes. It was basically one big wet t-shirt contest. It stopped raining for a little while then came down again. Then when it stopped we were so soaked that we ended up buying a dress and a t-shirt from the local vendors just so we weren't soaked. Still, the ruins were very cool, and our tour guide was very informative. I would say it's something everybody should do once when you need to give your liver a rest.
