According to Desire's website RE the pandemic travel advisory, they make it clear that, while they are completely closed at least through April 30, they are reacting to governmental requirements... which are changing all the time.

If you've not already booked, you may want to hold off. If you've booked already, they seem to have done a good job letting people shift their reservations at no charge... which they didn't do before nearly as easily. It's uncertain and changing all the time, so might be best to wait a bit. It's not like either resort will be "full" in August, even if travel is opened back up.

I've got a reservation in place for end-June through July 4... Who knows if that's going to even be able to happen. It is worrisome.

We booked through Hotels.com which was the cheapest we were able to find and you can cancel up to a week in advance with full refund.

Hotels.com is a good one to use if you're not a member, so that's awesome. Full refund a week out, that's easily do-able right now, certainly.
