It sometimes is included in your all inlclusive package when you purchase your flight and hotel together. Best to ask your travel agent if it's pre paid or not. I know departing from Canada ours is included.
no its $50 give or take a few bux. I think they dont charge north americans and put it in your price before hand but anyone from europe or other continents have to pay this.
