'tis true.

this week: passion fruit salmon.

sounds odd yes, but I marinate the salmon in orange and pineapple juice, just for a couple hours.

then I pan sear it with mango and kiwi, and top with a mango, kiwi, pineapple and orange salsa.

it's quite sweet, but the salmon comes through. just something different than the usual grilled salmon.

 

Can we eat early I have to be at work at 6 :?: :!:
