I almost always stayed in the bungalows; one of the ones where the counter was the entire length of the room. Man how I loved that counter space!!! Gave up an ocean view upgrade once to get that counter! :lotsofmichaelfs:

Bump for KXC

 

We went down to Temptation on Wednesday Jan. 18th to take a look around and try to get some detailed pictures of the work being done. I was very impressed by the amount of activity and how organized it appeared to be. I was using a Canon EOS T6 with a 75x300 telephoto lens so I was able to peer into some of the windows and open doors of the rooms. There was a lot of activity in the 1100 block around the Quite Pool. All of those rooms are in full renovation mode. It appears that they have replaced the duct work in the rooms with new galvanized ducting and are in the process of plastering the walls. The openings of the windows appear to have been widened to allow for the new larger windows and sliding doors for balconies.
The Sexy Pool has been completely formed and is underway with the concrete work. I did see some differences from the initial artist renderings. The most obvious is the location of the sexy pool in relation to the old Margarita's restaurant. After seeing the level of activity and where they are currently, I feel that meeting the August opening date won't be an issue. I have many photos that I am in the middle of reducing so I can get them posted. I'll do so as soon as I have them ready.
I'll be back down in March, so I'll be able to go back and get more pictures. I think that will give a really good idea of how quickly the process is moving.
