Still unsure of the rules and didn't want to step on toes (literally sorry steve hahaha), but it looks like Nikki is a risk taker

Seems like they are bitching about building codes or something from a local standpoint. Maybe the amount of construction is impacting locals in some way. But I could be getting that completely wrong, my Spanish is pretty awful (that is until day 5 of vacation and I think I am fluent).

 

A while back I had posted that Tyler had spoken with someone that there was going to be a rooftop pool and bar. It's supposed to be C/O! Not sure if that aspect is true but this is definitely something they kept under there hat because there has never been any descriptions or renderings of the roof area. Can I Say F@#CKING STOKED!!!!

 

This video is AMAZING!!! They have out done themselves with this remodel. I can honestly say that I am BLOWN AWAY by what they have produced for us. Now, the question will be which pool do we hangout in. Sexy Pool is Awesome but this new rooftop pool looks Amazing!
Sorry for all of the Amazings but I'm Sooooooooooooooooooo Excited about the 15th. Can't get here fast enough!!!!!

Yes that is my understanding too. If they post it then obviously they are saying it is good for public viewing. If we post it then it wasn't approved and risks violating what they want out there. Posting their link is fine.

Cigar bar got a roof for sure! We noticed they were putting it on last month when we were down there. We were told that it will be a public space with a possible Jacuzzi and bar area. We'll see.....
It was always such an under used area that was great for taking risqué pictures. It has it's own restrooms and a bar but the fountain seemed to be a waste of space and could have been better suited as a small pool area. Always was very hot up there, hard to walk on the tiles barefoot!
