So many unanswered questions, can August hurry and get here so we have answers

 

As you can see in this picture of the floor plan of the 4 Temptation Oceanfront Penthouses, they wrap around the end of the tower. I would say they are the top two floors(Floors 6&7). The height of the roof of the top floor appears to be taller by a little also. Would give the impression that this is some type of public space like a restaurant or bar.

I read something that the code and they had to stop working. Do anyone know anything about this?

My best guess

 

The penthouses are on the end of the top two floors. There are 4 Penthouses in total. That would be two on each tower. The floorplan provided by the resort plainly shows them with the end of the building profiles. That rooftop area looks to be a public area or restricted to premier members and penthouse guests.
