That doesn't look like the Cancun area of Mexico and they guys probably need a quick rest. Those wheelbarrows have to be unbelievably heavy to push around when they're full of cement.

Steve was saying on facebook that he thinks Margaritas was in the demo plans. Maybe they are keeping it up right now because the workers are using it. Someone else pointed out from the renderings that it does look like it would be right in the footprint of the new building.

I think they should just redo it, but who knows. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. They might be able to improve the kitchen facilities if they just redid it.

As far as the Asian and the Italian, I was under the impression that they are both staying. I don't think that they have any reason to redo them, maybe they could just get the AC a bit better though.

Still don't see how this all gets done in 10 months. Excited to see the constant updates.

I think about this, but then I think if it took less then 3 years to build a 58 story skyscraper in the middle of Center City Philadelphia, then 10 months for a 8 story building in Mexico (where OSHA standards aren't followed at all) shouldn't be impossible.

I was skeptical at first , but when they started the demo ,, and none of the concrete had rebar in it ,, I can see what your saying about lower standards and 10 months being a possibility

There was some rebar in the buildings but no where the amount that would be required for building code in the states. If there was ever a earth quake there the buildings would have probably looked like the pictures Steve has posted.
