When we cancelled back on September 23rd (booked for 2nd week of October), we got our refund in less than 2 weeks.
After numerous emails we are booked for next Halloween. We were booked this Halloween, 3 nights Miches, 3 Nights Grand Miches. Tried to book the same for 2023 and get the 2 free nights from each reservation on our new booking. They would not go for that, not surprised. They said we would have to stay a minimum of 3 nights at each resort to get the 2 free nights. That would have required a 10 day trip, wasn't happening. What we ended up doing was going to Grand Miches for all 6 days, paid for 4 and got 2 free. They also honored the grand opening rate of $420/night and took both deposits from each of our 2022 reservations and put it towards the new reservation. I do have it all in writing in a new reservation with confirmation. I think that was a win win for both as if seems like they are doing whatever they can to avoid sending out those refunds.
