We booked transportation through the hotel but this morning our orginal flight was delayed so we are arriving 3 hours later. I keep calling the number to the hotel which is the same one written on our transportation email but I'm unable to speak to anyone. Any suggestions. Originally we were set to arrive around 2pm but now it's 5pm
You would (or should) have given them your flight details prior to them sending you the pickup confirmation. They will track your arrival. Just find the right person at the AP and all should be good. You may end up waiting either way as they do not call the car in until they meet with you outside (usually). The new “company” owned/partnered by the hotel is ok but USA Transfers never let us down and Aventour (previous company) was hit or miss. Had to wait an hour one time for them and we were on time. Good thing is you can buy an overpriced drink while you are waiting
