We spend about that (extra) for the early flight out of Canada to get that extra 4-5 hours on the first day. Totally worth it. It's not like you're spending that extra $ everyday of your vacay - just the first day to get ya started early. Otherwise you really miss that first day of pool time which is our fave. If night time is yours, then obviously not worth it. Prioritize and decide accordingly. Cheers
Come on Steve, you are too hard on yourself. How about “thrifty” as opposed to “cheap”??? And you freakin’ live in Cancun. Time IS money and everyone spends their time differently.
Update: so Southwest changed the arrival time from 6:05 to 6:15 pm, allowing us to change to any flight in a 14 day window at no charge. So changed to 1:30 instead of 6:15 arrival.Life is good! $250 pretty much covers the Boobs Cruise and the crew tips!!!
