It says earth, air, fire, water. It's an ambigram so if you turn it through 180 degrees it reads the same. As for any other tattoos I'm thinking of a 5 point star on the front of my left shoulder kinda like the guy from Crazy Town and maybe traveller in Japanese somewhere, I dunno...
