I must agree with you Tere. It's always nice to be enjoying pools with above body temperature water and this from a crazy Canadian that runs from the sauna to lay in a snow bank in -20 degree temperatures.
This is our number 2 reason why we have not booked Dec 29-Jan4 yet, the weather making the pool too cold. Our number 1 reason is we cant 'convince' the grandparents to take the kids yet.
Been the last two years from Dec 26-to the Jan 2nd and the weather is always warm, Low 80's very consistently, but not hot. It is comfortable and only have had rain 1 day. We are going again before XMAS this year and we are hoping for the same luck. The pool can be a little chilly at first but the booze takes care of that.
The water may be a lil Shocking at 1st, But tequila will quickly take care of all of the chills and you may find yourself without clothes
Tell you what...we were there last Dec 1-7th ....unless your a big puss...the pool is just fine ...the weather is hot and the girls are hotter! Now do take into consideration that it is going to be about -20 C in my town before we leave. Sure you get the odd...woo hoo that was a little chilly but then I just call the wife over to snuggle. Unless your used to very hot weather, you will love it 1 more month!
