Hey all you December people, I'm thinking of coming down for our anniversary Dec. 7-12 or so. I have a couple of questions. What is the occupancy rate at that time of year? What is the weather like? We had a great time in Feb of this year. The occupancy was 100% but the weather was cool. Thanks if you can help me decide. Larry
