Mardi Gras is similar to Carnivale. Popular in the US - especially New Orleans. It's basically bright, jewel tone colors - majorly purple, green & gold. Then the masquerade masks. One tradition is that people have those plastic bead necklaces & girls will flash their boobies to get the beads, so it can turn into a bead collecting contest sometimes.
