After contacting those booked for the cruises after the 4th to check their availability I've decided we wont be merging any dates after all and will stick with the original schedule. It seems putting any two dates together would mean we'd lose as many people as we'd gain and the numbers would be about the same. Also, we've had a few new bookings for December in the last few days and the numbers are looking healthier. We also have between 3 and 5 weeks still to go I've updated the second post in the thread with the numbers and names of the attendees.
