    Thanks for all of the answers now if someone could just speed up time for me so I can get on the plane the last 196 hours before boarding are brutal!

    If anyone has used USA Transfers please tell me if you recieved a confirmation of booking soon after the internet booking. I tried to make reservations twice and didn't even get a confirmation screen or number. Should I try again? Thanks Larry
