We'll be with my parents this year (newbies)...not sure how that will go. No sunning the puppies with Dad around but aside from that I think it will be ok. He normally out drinks everyone around him and can stay up all night doing it. I think the rest of the place should prepare for him.
We LOVE our parents, but I'd have to say that we would never book a trip to Temptation with them... There's just some things that my mom doesn't need to see!! Either way, I look forward to drinking with your dad! I'll think I'll begin "preparing" tonight with some whiskey and cokes...
I'm not sure you can prepare to drink with her Dad. All you can do is try to keep up. He drinks like a college student... allll night long.

Honestly, I loved that "eye of the storm" comparison. I hope my kids have such cool things to say about me someday! Actually, the one couple coming with us were born and raised in Iowa. We're gonna be surrounded by Hawkeyes!
