dissident19, I have to admit, the Hawkeye/Hoosier game was AWESOME!!! How can a QB throw four interceptions in one quarter and still win the game? I was kind of torn though because I grew up in Iowa but went to graduate school to Indiana. We will have to talk football when we are there. We arrive Dec. 3rd -Dec. 6th
And we have a coach now that's not a cheater! Go figure! I do think UK is closer to returning to the Final Four than IU right now, but we'll be back in a hurry!
I think just watching IU give up the 28-3 lead the week before, and then look like they could beat Iowa the next week, and to lose both games?? That was painful... Glad to see you guys will be there the same time as us. Is this your first time?
Awesome. We'll have two couples that are newbies coming with us also. Angie and I loved our first trip there. I've been trying to prep the new couples for the craziness that they are in for, but I'm not sure they totally understand... They'll find out in one month from now!!
newbies as well We got our swine flu shot on Saturday. FYI - Weather.com shows average highs of 82 and lows of 69 (usually that is our highpoint :lol: ) for the week we will be there.
I was there the same time last year and I think it showered a total of 20 minutes the whole time I was there. I needed water for my whiskey anyway.
OK the last of our little group has booked. So we will be there on the 6th with Dan & Dee and Chris & Debbie and it's getting close.
